As soon as you begin thinking about reaching out for help. Now is the time.
Over 80% of our clients have had previous treatment episodes. This is why our model is specifically designed to assess and consider all past unsuccessful and successful moments in the process. Often treatment fails because the family is unaware of how much influence they have over the potential outcome, positive and negative. Additionally, we are experts in professional collaborative communication with simultaneous family coaching and guidance. This combination and our combined learned experience minimizes, if not eliminates, client and family system pitfalls that occur during a treatment process.
This is a normal concern of most families who reach out to us. This is an important question and we will address this on our phone calls with you.
We are able to speak with you the day you call because we understand a crisis requires an immediate response. We want to support your family.
We understand these feelings are common within families when someone they love is in emotional, mental or physical danger. Our aim is to not only support your loved one with outside of the box, creative and effective solutions, but to also help your family members with real time support.
We gather general information to determine the level of urgency and identify the crisis-response timeline as we begin to assess the situation and how we can support you. At this phase, a crisis intervention may begin. In less acute situations, a customized longer term approach will be designed, and a second phone call scheduled.
This is a common question we receive from families. Regardless of your situation, we assess and customize a care plan. There is no cookie-cutter approach to healing and there are layers of challenges beneath the symptoms. We must consider what has and has not been done and what worked and did not work. We gather a comprehensive Family Perspective Assessment of your current situation to develop a unique plan that, with your involvement, can lead to success. In other words, we are not interested in repeating what has not been effective.
This varies for each family and depends upon their circumstances and situation. Our average family works with us for 30, 60, or 90 days and can remain with you for many years if needed.
Care plans are uniquely created and priced to fit the needs of your family.
